Knowledge Base

Collections that contain objective, informational content about working in education.

The Knowledge Base section contains neutral, factual information intended to help users understand the education sector and the pathways into it. Unlike the Media collections, which focus on personal experiences, knowledge base collections provide structured information, explanations, and guidance.

These collections power content formats such as:

  • Informational articles

  • Frequently asked questions

Knowledge base content often combines structured text with taxonomy relations (filters) such as roles, sectors, audiences, and topics. This allows the information to be surfaced throughout the platform in contextually relevant places.
